Who is CRMSpire?

CRMSpire is a certified Zoho consulting and implementation partner. We help businesses set up, migrate to, customise and get real value from Zoho — turning scattered tools into one connected system your team actually uses.

Yes. We’re a certified Zoho Premium Partner with [X]+ years of experience delivering Zoho projects across multiple industries.

Zoho is our primary focus, and it’s what we do best. We also offer Salesforce consulting, implementation and development for teams that need it — and we’re happy to give honest advice on which platform fits you.

From small teams setting up their first CRM to larger organisations rolling out the full Zoho One suite across departments. Our packages are built to match each stage of growth.

We’re based in [location] and work with clients across [regions]. Most of our delivery is done remotely, with on-site support available where needed.

Which Zoho products do you work with?

Zoho CRM is our core focus, extending across Zoho One — including Books, Analytics, Creator, Desk and more — plus integrations with the tools you already use.

Yes — a large part of our work is auditing, cleaning up and optimising existing Zoho setups that aren’t delivering what they should. We start with an audit, show you what’s wrong, and fix it.

Yes. We handle migration from Salesforce, HubSpot, spreadsheets and most other CRMs — preserving your records, history and relationships, with de-duplication and validation along the way.

Yes. We build integrations between Zoho and your website, finance tools, WhatsApp, e-commerce platforms and more — so your data flows automatically instead of being re-keyed.

Absolutely. We build workflows, blueprints and approval processes (including custom Deluge scripting) that automate follow-ups, handoffs and repetitive admin — saving your team hours every week.

Yes. Every implementation includes training so your team can actually use the system. We also offer role-based training programs and additional sessions as an add-on.

How much does a Zoho implementation cost?

We offer clear packages with starting prices — Starter and Growth — plus custom quotes for larger rollouts. You can see our packages on the Pricing page, or request a tailored quote.

Yes. Unlike many partners who hide everything behind a form, we publish starting prices for our core packages so you can plan with confidence. Complex projects get a custom quote, and we always explain what’s driving the number.

Third-party costs like Zoho licence fees, paid integrations and content writing are separate. We flag any of these upfront so there are no surprises on your invoice.

Website and page content writing is charged separately at ₹1 per word (or a per-page rate), agreed before we begin. This keeps your core package price focused on the Zoho work.

Yes. Many clients start with a focused setup and expand into more modules, automation or the full Zoho One suite as they grow.

[Admin to confirm — e.g. a percentage upfront and the balance on go-live, or monthly for retainers.]

How long does a Zoho project take?

Most Starter and Growth projects go live in 4–8 weeks, depending on users, modules and data. We confirm a clear timeline after the initial free audit.

Six stages: Discover (we map your workflow), Design (we plan the Zoho structure), Configure (we build it), Migrate (we move your data), Test & Train (we validate and train your team), and Go-Live & Support (we launch and keep optimising).

Access to your current system and data, a point of contact on your side, and a short discovery session so we understand how your team works. We guide you through exactly what’s needed.

We handle the heavy lifting, but the best results come from a bit of collaboration — mainly during discovery and testing. We’ll be clear about when we need your input so it never becomes a burden.

That’s normal. We build in checkpoints so changes can be discussed and scoped fairly — you’ll always know how a change affects timeline or cost before we proceed.

What happens after the project goes live?

We don’t disappear at launch. Every package includes a post-go-live support window (30–90 days depending on the tier), and you can add an ongoing support retainer if you’d like us to stay involved.

Yes. We offer ongoing support and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) retainers for teams that want a dedicated Zoho partner on call for optimisation, fixes and advice.

During your support window we fix issues as a priority. With an ongoing retainer, you get a guaranteed response SLA so problems are handled fast.

Yes — with a retainer we run periodic reviews to spot what can be automated, streamlined or improved as your business evolves. Zoho should keep getting more valuable, not go stale.

Yes. You’ll have a named point of contact rather than a faceless ticket queue, so you’re always talking to someone who knows your setup.
